Tactical Linguist Concepts (TLC) was created in 2004 by the companies highly experienced CEO after he resigned as a senior program director from a major defense contractor corporation. This 20 year veteran served as one of the first contractors supporting the US Army's Intelligence and Security Command in Iraq early in 2003. Upon returning to the United States, He was tasked to create the first Iraqi/ Afghani/ African role player training program and created an overnight success at the National Training Center, in January of 2004. But after immense success, he discovered large corporations were not as focused on the customer's specific needs. With that intent Tactical Linguist Concepts began and to this day places the specific customer's requirements first and foremost.
TLC has increased its success because of our focus and has shown this with the continual growth pattern for the third straight year in a row. With the strategic partnership of both major defense contractors and specialized small business allies, is now one of the fastest growing small defense contractors in the industry.
